VALENCIA, 18 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The European Business and Innovation Centers of the Valencian Community (CEEI CV) will bring together numerous companies in the field of innovation and that are a “reference” of this sector in autonomy, with the aim of promoting the cooperative-innovative culture.

In recent years, the Community has positioned itself as a reference in terms of innovation and many of its companies have introduced the innovative spirit in their AND. Now, the CEEI will bring together some of these companies in a day to promote the cooperative and innovative culture that will be held on November 21 on the Rambleta.

At this meeting, which will bring together around 700 people from the Valencian business ecosystem and emerging companies, the latest trends in innovation will be made visible and a space conducive to cooperation and networking will be created, the organization has announced in a statement.

The president of the CEEI Valencia, Raúl Royo, has stressed that in the Valencian Community “we have an intrinsic innovative spirit that makes many of our companies leaders in this field and that we have a rich ecosystem of startups.”

During the day, nine workshops will be held focused on sustainability, logistics and technology with experts in open innovation and business experiences from such renowned firms as SPB, Area 101, Vicky Foods, Fundación Lab, Fundación ValenciaPort, Aquaservice, Grupo Gimeno or Google. In addition, there will also be a technical table in which the latest trends and innovation challenges will be discussed with representatives of companies such as IBM, Bosch or Capsa.

Finally, tennis coach Toni Nadal and former soccer player Jorge Valdano will have a dialogue about innovation and team management.

The day is part of the SOMMOS connecta project of the CEEIs, financed by the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE), which promotes the cooperative-innovative culture in the Valencian business fabric through different initiatives.

Companies can access the business cooperation map where more than 2,700 innovative and driving companies in the region are identified, which is constantly updated, and which serves as a tool to promote the transmission of knowledge and technology. Additionally, under the SOMMOS connecta umbrella is the open innovation program CV INNOVA. Finally, companies have access to informative material that allows them to stay up to date with trends in innovation.
