MADRID, 30 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Russian Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu, has assured this Wednesday that more than 300,000 Army troops have been trained within the framework of the partial mobilization announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin last September as a result of the invasion from Ukraine.

Thus, he has qualified that many of them are volunteers and reservists and has qualified that some 8,000 people have received training to “manipulate combat vehicles and tanks, as well as artillery and anti-aircraft defense systems” in the training centers arranged by the Forces Armed.

As he explained, some 3,000 instructors have been involved in these combat training tasks for “new military formations” in more than a hundred training camps distributed between Russia and Belarus.

“The troops have been instructed with the necessary skills to be able to carry out special combat tasks, either independently or integrated into units already deployed,” he pointed out.
