The board of partners of Garrigues, an international business legal and tax services firm, has approved the appointment of 16 new quota partners (fourteen in Spain and another two in its international offices) of which half are women.
The firm’s energy and ESG (environmental, social and corporate area) consulting subsidiary, G-advisory, will also add a new partner, as reported by the firm.
When these appointments become effective, at the beginning of 2023, the total number of quota partners of Garrigues will rise to 336. These promotions take place in six areas: commercial, tax, labor, administrative, litigation and arbitration and industrial and intellectual property, spread over seven Spanish provinces in addition to the two international ones.
The new partners in Spain are Eva Díez-Ordás Berciano, Nicolás Clark Barragán and Francisco Javier Navarro Arias in labor law; Victoria Esteban del Palacio and Xavier Ruiz de Loizaga in administrative; Lorena Castells Felix, Carla Daniels Vicente, María Teresa Deltell Ulecia, José Vicente García Sanjuán and Daniel Muñoz Almazán in tributary; Jara Alejandra Atienza Jiménez in mercantile; Cándida Ferris Villanueva in litigation and arbitration and Antonio Muñoz Vico in industrial and intellectual property.
In addition, Bárbara Vera Arroyo in Santiago de Chile (Chile) and Franco Muschi Loayza in Lima (Peru) also join the labor law area. The new partner of G-advisory will be Juan Cruzate Romero.
