MADRID, 5 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Aerospace Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard has launched this Saturday a new carrier of satellites into space, the ‘Qaem 100’, of national manufacture.
It is the first three-stage solid-fueled satellite transport developed by the Guard Aerospace Force and is capable of transporting satellites weighing up to 80 kilos in an orbit of 500 kilometers above the Earth.
The carrier will be used for the launch of the future ‘Nahid’ satellite, manufactured by Iran’s Ministry of Information Technology and Communications, according to the semi-official Tasnim news agency.
