The President of Ukraine, Volodimir Zelenski, expressed his confidence on Thursday that the Russian Army’s attacks against Ukrainian energy infrastructure will soon obtain a “global response” and denounced Russia’s incessant offensives on this type of facility, attacks that have not done more than increase in recent weeks.
