MADRID, 26 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Russian Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu, has conveyed to his Chinese counterpart, Wei Fenghe, Moscow’s misgivings about the alleged Ukrainian preparations to use a dirty bomb for the first time, accusations that have been questioned by both kyiv and by its main international allies.

The Russian government has intensified its contact in recent days to warn of the possible use of a dirty bomb, a type of device that includes radioactive material and that, if used, would mean a new escalation in the conflict in Ukraine.

Shoigu has insisted to Wei on the “concerns” about the Ukrainian activities, which they see as capable of perpetrating a false flag operation to blame the Russian forces, according to a statement from the Ministry of Defense collected by the TASS agency.

Shoigu has also included in his round of contacts the Indian Defense Minister, Rajnath Singh, who joins the talks recently held with officials from the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Turkey.
