There is another person detained who is accused of a crime of concealment

TOLEDO, 1 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The driver of the vehicle that allegedly ran over a woman this Thursday between the Toledo towns of Val de Santo Domingo and Alcabón has been brought to justice this Sunday and is charged with an alleged crime of intentional homicide in the family, according to sources from the Civil Guard to Europa Press.

This detainee had a history of gender violence due to an inactive case from February of this year, with the victim having an unappreciated risk.

These same sources indicate that there is a second detainee, co-pilot of the vehicle, who is charged with an alleged crime of concealment.

Once the summary has been prepared and after the investigation of the events by the Organic Unit of the Judicial Police of the Civil Guard, these two people have been brought to judicial disposal this Sunday morning in the Guardia Court of Torrijos .

The procedure was under summary secrecy on the same Friday after the husband of the woman who was run over, 41 years old and whose body was found after a possible accident on the TO-1232 between Val de Santo Domingo and Alcabón, was arrested.

The 112 of Castilla-La Mancha received a call around 10:00 p.m. this past Thursday alerting them of the discovery of a body on said road. Members of the Civil Guard and an ICU went to the scene of the events, which could only certify the death of the woman.
