Barça and Sevilla make the signing official for five seasons

FC Barcelona and Sevilla FC closed the transfer of French defender Jules Olivier Kounde to the Barça team this Friday, who signs for five seasons and will be presented next Monday, August 1 at 11:30 a.m.
“FC Barcelona and Sevilla FC have reached an agreement for the transfer of the player Jules Olivier Kounde. The player will sign a contract with the Club for the next 5 seasons. The termination clause is set at 1,000 million euros”, says the table culé, at the time that the Andalusian fired the Frenchman.
“Next Monday, August 1, starting at 11:30 a.m., the presentation of the new FC Barcelona first-team player, Jules Kounde, will take place in an event closed to the public at the Ciudad Deportiva Joan Gamper,” he adds.
The Frenchman signed his new contract and passed the medical examination this Friday, after an agreement in principle was already announced on Thursday and the player wore a Barça shirt. Kounde, who left Sevilla after three seasons, even made his first statements as a culé on Thursday.
“Xavi has a large part of my arrival at FC Barcelona. I have spoken with him several times, his speech has excited me a lot. We see football in the same way,” he said.
The official presentation of Kounde as a new Barça player will be on Monday and will begin with the signing of the contract in the offices of the Ciudad Deportiva Joan Gamper, followed by another signing on the Tito Vilanova pitch and a photo shoot dressed in shorts.
At 12:15, the French defender will give a press conference at the Ciudad Deportiva Joan Gamper. Kounde trained this Friday afternoon at the Ciudad Deportiva in his first session, while the culé team is on tour in the United States, in New York.
