The Spanish fell in a fast-paced three-set duel with the Chinese Bing Jiao He

The Spanish badminton player Carolina Marín fell (16-21, 21-9, 22-20) this Sunday against the Chinese Bing Jiao He in the final of the French Open, a Super750 category tournament of the BWF World Tour.
The Huelva native, six-time European champion and three-time world champion, began the final with a great first set that she broke from a tie at 16-16, to take the lead. However, the Spanish fell apart in the second set, which began with a tough 7-0. The Olympic champion in 2016 did not throw in the towel and fought the sleeve until 13-8.
Carolina was also in tow in the final set but she showed the claw and the winning character to stay in the final. The match raised the level to the maximum, with the Spanish going from 11-4 to 11-10. The exchange of blows took the partial until 20-20 that gave way to the title of Bing Jiao He with the last two points.
