MADRID, 18 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, has proposed this Tuesday an emancipation aid for young people of 1,000 euros to pay the objective expenses of renting or buying a home. In addition, he has defended expanding the youth rental bonus and increasing the transfer of endowment land from city councils and CCAAs to build homes and assign them with an appraised rental price that is 40% lower than the market price.
This has been pronounced in a meeting with young people to expose some measures of his housing proposal, in which he has been accompanied by the general secretary of the PP of Madrid, Alfonso Serrano, the Madrid Minister of Housing, Paloma Martín, and the president of New Generations of the PP of Madrid, Ignacio Dancausa, and the general secretary of the same organization, Paula de las Heras.
Feijóo has criticized the “erratic” and “phantom” measures in terms of housing of the Government of Pedro Sánchez, who has criticized him for not doing anything in the five years that he has been in the Moncloa Palace to solve this problem that affects especially the young.
In his speech, the head of the opposition defended “building and agreeing on the first housing pact in Spain.” “Let’s make a State pact because this affects all public administrations”, he emphasized.
Feijóo has also alluded to the proposal that the PP advanced this Monday: guarantee 15% of the purchase of the first home for young people, as well as guarantee the cost of the rental deposit for measured and low incomes. He has also defended measures to deal with illegal occupation such as express eviction within 24 hours.
