Fortia Healthcare, belonging to the Urbas Group, and Modulya, of modular spaces and accessories, have signed an agreement for the development of a new generation of ‘Senior Living’ residences for seniors in Spain, using an ‘Industrialized Modular System’ developed by Modulya, as reported by both parties this Wednesday in a statement.
Specifically, the agreement aims to offer housing solutions that respond to the needs of the elderly population, providing “safe, comfortable and adapted” spaces that promote an “active and healthy” lifestyle.
This strategic agreement will combine Fortia Healthcare’s experience in the socio-health sector with Modulya’s construction technology, to promote the ‘Eco Senior Living’ concept.
Through the collaboration of both entities, projects will be developed that include the offer of land in locations with “natural attractions” and the construction and equipment of the complexes.
Fortia Healthcare will operate the residential complexes developed under the framework of this agreement that marks “the beginning of a new era in the development of housing for seniors in Spain”, as stated by both parties.
