MADRID, 19 Abr. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The PSOE candidate for the Government of the Community of Madrid, Juan Lobato, has announced this Wednesday that both the Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, and various executive ministers will cover him in various acts of the electoral campaign for the regional elections and municipalities on May 28.

“Of course, the President of the Government and the ministers will be there. This Sunday in Fuenlabrada we will be in an act with Pedro Sánchez”, he stated in an interview in ‘Cope’, collected by Europa Press.

Although, in the race to take over the regional government, he has indicated that he does not compete on the ideological spectrum with the leader of Más Madrid, Mónica García, nor with the second vice president and leader of Sumar, Yolanda Díaz.

He has claimed, at this point, that his project is “social democratic.” He considers that they are “different political families (PSOE and Más Madrid), with which agreements can be reached on regional and country issues, but it is a different ideology.”

Required by surveys and polls, he considers that all of them highlight that the regional president and PP candidate for re-election, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, “hits the ceiling” when “normally she would have continued with a strong electoral rise” and now “she give one or two seats more, or one or two seats less”.

It has focused on the analysis of the polls for the Socialists. “We started a year ago with a personal degree of zero knowledge of mine, they knew me in my municipality, and in one year we have had to do the work of four. As the degree of my knowledge increases, the valuation and intention to vote increases. Now there are five weeks in which the citizen expectation is high, the media exposure is high, and we hope to increase that degree of knowledge”, he has abounded immediately.
