MADRID, 14 Mar. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Miguel Borra has been re-elected this Thursday as president of the Independent Trade Union Center and Civil Servants (CSIF) by the 581 delegates who participated in the 10th National Congress of the center, held in Granada.

Along with Borra, Antonio Diaz Garcia has been appointed national vice president and Begoña Montero national general secretary. Similarly, Francisco Lama, Andres Montero, Milagros Dorronzoro, Encarna Abascal, Pedro Poves and Eva Fernandez will be in front of the various area secretariats.

Borra was born in Zaragoza in 1968. He has a degree in Economic Sciences, Applied Economics from the University of Zaragoza, and a master’s degree in quality management in Public Administrations from UNED. He belongs to the Technical Body of the Administrative Function in the Madrid Health Service (SERMAS).

Borra was elected president of CSIF for the first time on November 30, 2011, at the VII National General Congress of the union.
