MADRID, 28 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The first phase of the ticket sales process for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games will begin on December 1, when fans from all over the world will be able to register for the draw (https://tickets.paris2024.org) until next January 31, the organizers report in a statement.

Tickets will be available for all Olympic venues except surfing and for the opening ceremony, at iconic venues such as breaking dance at La Concorde and beach volleyball at the Tour Eiffel Stadium.

Fans will be able to personalize their Games experience with ‘Make Your Games’ packs. In addition, for the first time in Olympic history, tickets will be sold exclusively from a single, centralized digital platform that will be open to all fans at the same time, providing access to nearly 10 million tickets for the Games.

Of these, one million will be sold for only 24 euros. For 24 euros, fans can enjoy athletics at the Stade de France, archery at Invalides and equestrian events at Versailles. “We are very excited about our plan to make Paris 2024 a Games that is open to everyone and to bring this new concept to life,” said Tony Estanguet, President of Paris 2024.

“I am also very excited about Paris sharing its iconic locations and venues with fans so that they can feel the excitement and magical atmosphere that packed stadiums will offer. Athletes are not the only ones preparing for the Games, but the spectators are doing it too,” he added.

In this first phase of ticket sales, fans will be able to purchase ‘Make Your Games’ ticket packages so that everyone can prepare their own Olympic experience. Each ticket package includes three sessions that the buyer can choose based on their preferences.

The packages are designed to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the buyer, regardless of whether he is going alone or accompanied by family or friends. Each account will be able to purchase a maximum of 30 tickets in all stages of Olympic sales combined.

Draw winners will get an exclusive 48-hour period between February 15 and March 15, 2023 to purchase their tickets.

The use of a raffle to acquire ticket purchase periods is a new hallmark of the Games that guarantees a more pleasant user experience for those selected.

In phase 1, from December 1 to March 15, packages will be sold, and in phase 2, individual tickets, between March and May 2023. Tickets for the Paralympic Games will be on sale from autumn 2023, with more than three million locations.
