Majorel, now Teleperformance, a world-leading company in customer experience services, has been chosen as Most Recommended Supplier of the Year during the 2023 Customer Relations Excellence Awards gala that took place last Wednesday, November 22 at the Kinépolis cinemas. from Ciudad de la Imagen (Madrid).
The awards, given by the Spanish Association of Experts in Customer Relations (AEERC) in collaboration with IFAES and under the IZO methodology, rigorously and objectively evaluate quality metrics, operation management, service indicators and technology used along with customer satisfaction parameters.
The jury of the Excellence in Customer Relations Awards has highlighted operational excellence and customer satisfaction in its assessment when awarding the award to the Most Recommended Supplier of the Year.

Specifically, the company has received the award for Best Commercial Relationship Supplier for its work for ING and that of Best Technical Support Provider for the service provided to Orange, which it receives for the third consecutive year.
