Navarra, February 22, 2024.- Envaplaster is an industrial company whose shareholders are made up of the Pina family and the private equity investment manager Stellum, based in Viana (Navarra), founded in 1988. It is dedicated to the manufacture of recycled plastic trays and thermoformed containers for the food sector, with a notable market positioning as a supplier of sustainable packaging with high added value. The objective of the operation is to continue the Business Plan that Envaplaster began in 2021, allowing the company to offer a greater range of products, which allow it to cover all the needs of its customers. With this acquisition, the Navarrese company seeks to position itself as a relevant player in the expected consolidation of the sector and a leader in the manufacture of trays for the food sector. It will, therefore, have two production centers strategically distributed in the Iberian Peninsula and a production capacity of more than 700 million trays.
