LEGANÉS (Madrid), February 22, 2024.- From February 19 to March 3, the Madrid town of Leganés launches a pioneering gastronomic initiative for residents and visitors: the First Spoon Plates Gastronomic Days. 18 local restaurants have prepared traditional and avant-garde menus that include spoon dishes as protagonists, all of them at a price of €30. During the conference, all visitors who come to taste the proposals of the different restaurants will receive a slip with a code with which, by registering it on the conference website, they will participate in the draw for 15 double menus completely free. In addition to the 18 restaurants, 200 local businesses also participate in these conferences: customers who spend more than €20 in any of them , they will also receive a code to participate in the draw for the 15 double menus. The Conference is organized by the Leganés City Council and collaborates with UNELE (Leganés Business Union CEIM), the Madrid Chamber, the Madrid Wines Regulatory Council, Protected Designation of Origin and the Community of Madrid.Spoon dishes: absolute protagonists Through this pioneering initiative in the area, each restaurant has prepared a menu consisting of a starter, a main course, a drink and a dessert at the price of €30, in which The protagonists, of course, are the spoon dishes.
