The Chinese technology group Huawei has developed a Blockchain for the Chinese government, in order to optimize the data exchange between political institutions and public authorities. Instead of a Central data silos is to be used with the Blockchain, a decentralized Register. Huawei, thus creating an infrastructure that plays to the political interests of the party leadership in the cards.
