BARCELONA, 5 Ene. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The Investigating Court 29 of Barcelona has sent a letter rogatory to the United Kingdom to be able to question a businessman friend of Juan Carlos I as an alleged collaborator in a crime against the Treasury, judicial sources have explained to Europa Press.
According to ‘El Periódico’ and the aforementioned sources have confirmed, the judge has asked to be able to question Allen Sanginés-Krauser.
Together with Krauser, the judge is investigating the emeritus king’s doctor Manuel Sánchez as the alleged perpetrator of a fraud of some 600,000 euros, and the investigation began as a result of a complaint that the Prosecutor’s Office filed in March.
