Laura Olcina, managing director of ITI and president of Fedit, has been appointed as vice president of the Advisory Council for Science, Technology and Innovation (CACTI). Her term, like her membership, will last four years.
The Science, Technology and Innovation Advisory Council is the body that, according to the new Science Law, is established as a participation body for the scientific and technological community, as well as economic and social agents in matters related to science. , technology and innovation, recalls ITI in a statement.
Acts as an advisor and informant to the Ministry of Science and Innovation to develop new proposals. Likewise, he supports the governments of the State and the Autonomous Communities in the exercise of their functions related to science and technology.
Laura Olcina joined the Advisory Board on June 2, 2023 following a public call for expressions of interest. Barely four months later, the managing director of ITI and president of Fedit has been appointed vice president of the same.
