MADRID, 24 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Ukrainian Intelligence has denounced that Iran has begun to supply bulletproof vests and helmets to the Russian Army, while warning that a group of Iranian “advisers” have already entered Russian territory to instruct their troops.

As detailed by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Russia is currently unable to supply military material to its troops deployed on Ukrainian territory, which is why it has required the help of Iran.

From Ukraine they say they have information that Russia will receive 1,500 bulletproof vests and as many helmets manufactured by Iran and that they are currently stored in a logistics center in the Belgorod region, in western Russia and bordering the Ukrainian region of Kherson.

They have also stressed that Tehran will send a group of instructors who will train Russian troops in the use of a new missile model also of Iranian production and whose deliveries will begin “in the near future.”

In recent days, the Ukrainian authorities have intensified their complaints against Iran, whom they accuse of supplying weapons to Russia, especially unmanned aerial vehicles with which Moscow has attacked Ukraine’s civil infrastructure.
