Great Place To Work has recognized the best companies to work for in Spain in 2024 with the ‘Best Workplaces’ distinction, among which DHL Express, Abbvie, Cisco, Redarbor and Plytix stand out in their respective categories.

Specifically, the firm divides the companies based on their workforce, being distributed for another year into five categories, ranging from 50 to 100 employees to more than 1,000 workers.

Among companies with more than 1,000 workers, the freight transport company DHL Express Spain has consolidated its first place on the list. Also in the category are Banca March, the pharmaceutical company Lilly, Reale Seguros and GFT It Consulting.

Among companies with between 501 and 1,000 employees, the first place in this year’s edition is occupied by AbbVie, followed by Admiral Seguros, Salesforce, Agilent Technologies and Hotelatelier.

The next category (251-500 employees) is led by Cisco, followed by other firms such as Stryker, Hilton hotels, Equinix and Kairós DS.

From 101 to 250 employees is the category with the largest number of companies. Within this division, the first company in the ranking is Redarbor, Guidewire Software, CrowdStrike, Novaluz Energía, Sandoz Farmacéutica, Verisk, EcoVadis and Grupo Visual MS, Ecoembes and Astellas Pharma.

Finally, among companies with a workforce of between 50 and 100 employees, Plytix, Brown Forman España, Theramex Healthcare Spain, Altair Engineering and Real-Time Innovations stand out.

For the 2024 edition, Great Place To Work analyzed the largest number of companies to date, with 423 companies of different sizes and sectors, which involved obtaining the opinion of 394,231 workers.

In addition, the consulting firm has presented five special awards that reward the excellence of companies that generate an impact on business, people and society, along with recognition for the ‘Best Best Workplaces 2024 Manager’ and the ‘Best Great Place to Ambassador’. Work’, which have fallen to the CEO of Hotelatelier, Alfonso Castellano and José Ortega, the talent acquisition manager of Novaluz Energía, respectively.
