MADRID, 13 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The green hydrogen company H2PLT has launched one of the largest electric charging stations in Spain, with 22 charging points, in the La Mancha town of El Pedernoso, as reported this Tuesday by the company founded by Sisco Sapena.
The energy company, which has requested to be listed on BME Scale Up, has specified that this electric vehicle charging station has ten fast charging stations and twelve semi-fast charging stations.
The electric station is located in a “strategic” location for electric vehicles that travel on the roads between Madrid and Alicante, next to the N-301 and the AP-36.
The energy that powers this station is renewable, it has solar pergolas that cover all the electric car connection stations and allow most of the energy to be generated “on site”.
“Our own model for generating green hydrogen and solar energy has already allowed us to launch one of the most interesting models in the growing electric vehicle space,” highlighted Sisco Sapena, CEO and founder of H2PLT.
H2PLT’s growth strategy involves the development of small photovoltaic plants dedicated to the generation of green hydrogen and their subsequent collection to create the first green hydrogen mini-generation network in Spain.
The company plans to open a new electric station in the city of Lleida, where its headquarters are located.
Founded in 2022, H2PLT is a renewable energy company focused on green and solar energy. Members of its board of directors include Albert Maasland, former CEO of Saxo Bank UK, and Carolina Martínez-Carlo, former CEO of Julius Baer Iberia.
