DoValue in Spain has acquired the Team 4 Collection brand

The real estate asset manager expects that this operation will generate immediate synergies through the internalization of services that doValue in Spain currently contracts to external companies for the management of unsecured loans.

The integration will also allow doValue in Spain to expand its customer base to non-banking users, who represent almost 25% of Team4’s assets under management, as reported by the company in a statement.

The closing of the operation is expected before the end of the year and Do Value assures that it has a “marked strategic sense”, since it reinforces doValue’s growth and diversification strategy in Spain. The agreement means that Team4 will continue to provide services to the clients of Grupo Arvato and the multinational Grupo Arvato that operate in Spain.

With this purchase, doValue in Spain will expand its management capabilities in new credit segments, incorporating equipment and technology specialized in the collection of unsecured debt and adding new customer bases, both banking and non-banking.

In this way, the integration will accelerate doValue Spain’s strategy to expand its capabilities in the management of unsecured loans, a rapidly growing market segment in the region and in Europe, in line with its strategy aimed at growing its business to through greater diversification and a broader customer base.

Team4 recorded €3.5 million of net income in 2022, with €2.5 billion of assets under management (GBV), and is expected to reach €4.2 million of net income in the current year. The acquisition is neutral in terms of doValue’s net leverage and net financial position.
