The ‘Nova 111 List’ and the ‘Nova 111 Student List’ look for the best talent in Spain to develop their potential, accelerate their career and connect them with the best opportunities. Applications can be submitted now at novatalent.com/111/spain until January 14
Nova, the global talent network that unites high-potential people with each other and with the best professional opportunities, has announced the opening of applications for the Nova 111 List and the Nova 111 Student List 2024. This initiative aims to identify and enhance the careers of 111 young people and 111 professionals with the greatest potential in Spain.
The lists are divided into 10 verticals that cover the main areas of knowledge for students and the 10 most prominent sectors for professionals, thus ensuring diverse and plural representation.
A rigorous selection process evaluates more than 200 parameters to identify profiles with great potential. The winners are selected by a jury of experts made up of human resources managers, members of Nova and representatives of the companies collaborating with the project, including Naturgy, Globalvia, Fever, IE University or CUNEF Universidad.

Because people with more comprehensive, ambitious and committed profiles will be the leaders of the future, contributing to social progress through impact projects. In this context, it is essential to recognize that talent is not limited to big cities; but rather it is distributed equitably among all communities, without distinction of gender, race or socioeconomic class.
In fact, last year’s results highlight this diversity, with winners present in fifteen of the seventeen autonomous communities, 40% of the winners were women and 64% who studied at public universities.
Talent is distributed in a decentralized manner, but that does not imply isolation. The Nova 111 List and the Nova 111 Student List offer winners the opportunity to join forces and share challenges, creating an ecosystem conducive to innovative ideas and transformative projects.
Winners will be automatically admitted to the Nova talent network
Winners of the Nova 111 List and Nova 111 Student List will be automatically admitted as Nova members, giving them access to a number of exclusive benefits, including networking events and mentoring programs, among others. Nominations are open at novatalent.com/111/spain until January 14 and the possibility is offered both to present yourself individually and to nominate other people.
