MADRID, 7 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Árima has completed the sale of the office property located on 39 María de Molina street in Madrid for an amount of 30.4 million euros, in line with the valuation it made in June of this year, as reported by the company this Tuesday. to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

Despite the context of rising rates and economic uncertainty, the SOCIMI has begun a process of rotating its assets with the sale of this building in the center of Madrid of more than 4,000 square meters.

The company detailed last June that it was getting rid of this asset after four years of increasing its value and after multiplying its rental income by 9.

Árima obtained losses of 14.8 million euros in the first six months of the year, compared to the declared net profit of 22.6 million euros in the same period of the previous year.

This difference responds to an accounting effect derived from the 2% drop in the valuation of its assets in comparable terms, which has no impact on cash and which is affecting all SOCIMIs this year as a consequence of the rise in interest rates. .
