He sees the PSC govern “with more pro-independence parties than the pro-independence parties among themselves”
The leader of the PP, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, stated this Sunday that the PSOE “has erased itself from being a state party” and that only the PP is one.
He said it at a rally in Salou (Tarragona) together with the candidate for the Catalan elections, Alejandro Fernández; the head of the list for the district, Pere Lluís Huguet, and his number 2, Lorena Roldán.
“There are no longer differences between the independence movement and the current PSC. The Socialist Party has erased itself from being a State party. Only the Popular Party is the State party,” he said.
He has criticized that Catalonia has become “a currency of the Socialist Party” and has warned that the interest of the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, is to perpetuate himself in the Moncloa.
Furthermore, he has reproached the PSC for governing in Catalonia “with more pro-independence parties than the pro-independence parties among themselves”, and has warned voters that voting for the socialists is voting for the independence movement, according to him.
“It seems that Catalonia is forced to choose between the egocentrism of Puigdemont or the egocentrism of Sánchez, and I say no,” and he has literally considered that the PSOE does not care whether Catalonia is Spain or stops being so.
