MADRID, 4 Nov. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The national women’s soccer coach, Jorge Vilda, provided this Friday the list of 23 called for this November’s friendlies against Argentina and Japan, with the news of Alejandra Bernabé (Real Sociedad), Inma Gabarro (Sevilla) and Fiamma Benítez (Valencia), and the absence again of the 15 players who requested not to be cited, in addition to Irene Paredes (FC Barcelona) and Jennifer Hermoso (Pachuca).

Bernabé is shining at the start of the season in the position of left back with the Donostiarra team, in which he is on loan from Atlético de Madrid, while both Gabarro and Benítez were part of the team that was proclaimed U-20 world champion a few months ago, with the Sevilla striker as the ‘Golden Shoe’.

In addition, compared to the previous call, there are neither the winger Nuria Rábano (FC Barcelona) nor the forward Ane Azkona (Athletic Club), nor the injured Irene Guerrero (Atlético) and Laia Codina (FC Barcelona), while Vilda returns to have two other U-20 world champions like forward Salma Paralluelo (FC Barcelona) and central defender Ana Tejada (Real Sociedad), and defender Shei García (Atlético), who was in the last European Championship, after the three fell from the previous one due to injury.
