The PSC candidate for the Catalan elections, Salvador Illa, has stated that he does not rule out agreeing with Junts after the elections if they do not prioritize independence: “At any price it is going to be very difficult, but we are going to wait and see which path they choose. and because”.

He said this in an interview this Thursday on Cadena Ser collected by Europa Press, and when asked about the possibility of a repeat election, he assured that he will do “everything possible so that there is no blockage” and to form a Government in which the vast majority of Catalan society can feel represented.

He has also placed stability, social democracy and putting “public services first” as criteria when agreeing and forming a government after the elections on May 12.
