MADRID, 10 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The consulting firm Randstad presented this Friday a report that includes the 17 best companies to work for in Spain, which includes L’Oréal, Nestlé, Correos, Amazon, Bayer, Mercedes Benz, RTVE, Ikea, Inditex, PwC, BBVA, Indra , Teleperformance, Siemens Gamesa, Schneider Electric, Mapfre and Telefónica.
The results highlight that, for a company to be attractive to a professional, it must ensure a competitive compensation package that includes a fair salary and attractive benefits, although ‘Generation Z’ gives less importance to these factors, but does show greater interest on the reputation and quality of training offered by the company.
In addition, Randstad explains, it is essential that companies prioritize the balance between work and family life, such as flexible schedule policies and teleworking options.
It is also essential that there is a positive and collaborative work environment in the company, which encourages the professional growth and well-being of employees.
It also involves providing opportunities for professional development and growth, as well as valuing diversity and equity within the organization.
The results indicate that, in particular, Generation Z is relatively more likely to leave their company as a result of a “lack of alignment with their personal values” and for not being rewarded equitably due to their gender, ethnicity or religion.
Randstad has obtained the answers from almost 163,000 respondents worldwide, more than 8,300 nationally. The study includes students and people with and without work between the ages of 18 and retirement age, but with a greater incidence in the age group of 25 to 44 years, not including that of the companies’ own employees.
