The Normadat Group has closed last year with a growth of 17% in its turnover and 60% compared to the end of the pandemic
The Normadat Group, specialized in document management solutions, information flows and digital transformation of processes, has concluded the year 2022 with a turnover of 9.9 million euros. This increase in its turnover represents a growth of 17% compared to the previous year and, in addition, it means that since the end of the pandemic it has accumulated a growth of 60%. In the same way, they have also achieved an increase in their turnover of 33% in the public sector and 9% in the private sector. The main solutions offered by Normadat have generated a more than notable increase in their business. In digital transformation solutions, the company has experienced a significant increase in clients, standing at 22%. Digital solutions such as the supplier invoice portal have seen the billing volume boost by being aligned with legal obligations for companies, such as those established in Law 18/2022, of September 28, on the creation and growth of companies, better known as the Create and Grow Law. Likewise, the number of projects corresponding to the control of electronic notifications (NEO) and consultancy on digital transformation of processes have been the main cause of this growth. As for specific back office solutions, they have experienced a growth of 9%. The digital services offered by the Group have achieved good market acceptance by obtaining simple solutions for daily and mandatory procedures. An example of this is its portfolio and digital bag management software. Other types of solutions that make up the increase in turnover have been the validation of user data information (KYC) or solutions for collation and validation of information for the approval of supplier documents. Regarding the document custody service Normadat’s growth is 45%, also reflecting an increase in services offered by the company specializing in document management and digital transformation of processes such as the treatment and organization of files, library management or cataloging services. Likewise, the staff de Grupo Normadat has also experienced notable growth, standing at around 13%. In addition, it has fulfilled and exceeded the provisions of the Law for the Social Integration of the Disabled (LISMI) by 200%. Territorially, in order to achieve greater coverage, it has opened a delegation in Catalonia and two new 24,000 m2 logistics centers. , reaching a total of 50,000 m2. All of this has contributed to making customers feel very satisfied. An example of this is obtaining a score of 8.56 out of 10 in the satisfaction survey carried out annually. In conclusion, Grupo Normadat has reaped magnificent results during 2022, considerably increasing its billing data for the second consecutive year, creating a battery of new services and digital solutions and constantly increasing, even during the pandemic, its growth, both in business and in staff.
