During the conference, HONGQI revealed its development plan for the next five years to global partners, anchored on the singular goal of exceeding one million global sales by 2028. In terms of product development, HONGQI is committed to introducing at least 12 new models overseas over the next five years, including six new energy vehicles, three energy-efficient models and three ultra-luxury models under the “HONGQI Golden Sunflower” line, expanding its product matrix to “7 7 3”. In addition, HONGQI will accelerate the adaptation of PHEV, REEV and right-hand drive models, ensuring comprehensive coverage from segment B to segment E and from electric to hybrid, meeting various market demands.
In terms of production capacity, HONGQI will establish six major groups of bases in Southeast Asia, Europe, Central Asia and Latin America, with an annual production capacity of more than 100,000 vehicles per base, ensuring localized product offerings to meet regional preferences.
