Madrid, November 29, 2023.- On November 22, the 2023 Customer Relations Excellence Awards Gala was held at Kinépolis Ciudad de la Imagen, organized by the AEERC (Spanish Association of Customer Relations Experts). ), iFAES and Izo.
The Customer Relations Excellence Awards Gala brought together more than 550 professionals and experts in Customer Relations from the main national companies and the most relevant outsourcing and technology providers in the industry.
This year the host of the Gala was Edu Soto, who presented the Excellence Awards distributed in 4 blocks: Awards for Best Supplier; Best Company Awards; Awards for Best Strategic Projects and Grand Prizes.
Kia was one of the stars of the night in the Grand Prix block when it received, in one of the most relevant moments of the gala, the Special Excellence Award in Customer Relations Excellence of the year, awarded to the company for developing a transversal strategy and holistic approach to Customer Relations and commit to excellence in its different dimensions: strategy, operation, technology, quality and people.
