The Ibex 35 lost 0.29% in the mid-session on Wednesday, reaching 10,084.7 points, thus moving away from the level of 10,100 integers and deepening the fall it had registered at the opening, with Indra leading the increases, with an increase of 8%.
This Wednesday’s day is marked by the avalanche of annual results that various Spanish companies have published reporting their profits in 2023: Aena (1,631 million, 80.9%), Amadeus (1,123 million, 60%), Indra (206 million , 19.8%), Redeia (690 million, 3.7%) or Endesa (742 million. -71%).
They have also reported their eDreams accounts, which lost 4 million in the first nine months of its fiscal year, 88% less; o Metrovacesa, which recorded net losses of 20.3 million, 16% lower than the previous year. Grenergy earned 51.1 million, almost five times as much, while Audax quadrupled it, up to 31.4 million.
In this context, towards mid-session, Indra was the value that led the Ibex 35, with an increase of 8.05%, followed by Rovi (4.07%), Telefónica (1.13%), Bankinter (1. 02%), Aena (0.81%) and Banco Santander (0.69%).
With the majority of stocks in ‘red’, the worst performance was recorded by Acciona (-2.54%), ahead of Naturgy (-2.51%), Solaria (-2.35%), Sacyr (-2, 14%), Endesa (-2.05%), Colonial (-2.02%) and Acciona Energía (-1.95%).
Compared to the rest of the main European cities, London fell 0.73%; Paris, 0.13%; Frankfurt advanced 0.08%; and Milan fell 0.39%.
In the raw materials market, a barrel of Brent stood at $82.92, 0.87% less, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) stood at $78.06, 1.03% less .
In the debt market, the yield on the Spanish bond with a 10-year maturity stood at 3.339% in the mid-session, from the 3.356% recorded at the close of Tuesday. In this way, the risk premium against German debt rose two tenths, to 89.4 basis points.
Regarding currencies, the euro depreciated 0.26% against the dollar, until trading at an exchange rate of 1.0816 ‘greenbacks’ for each unit of the community currency.
