In the searches of his home, he found an undocumented 44mm caliber ‘Tiger’ carbine.
MADRID, 1 Mar. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The judge of the National Court investigating the ‘Koldo case’ has agreed to extend the investigation for one of the accused, the alleged organizer of the plot Víctor de Aldama, to a crime of illicit possession of weapons given that in the registration of one of Their properties located in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid) found a manual repeating weapon, carbine, of the 44 millimeter caliber of the ‘Tiger’ brand without documentation.
This is stated in the order dated February 22, when the judge agreed to the release of De Aldama, which appears in the summary to which Europa Press has had access, and which includes the previous request from the Central Operational Unit ( UCO) of the Civil Guard of February 20 in which it reported this discovery.
“During the development of the aforementioned procedure – entry and search – a firearm was found, which lacks documentation that supports its legal possession, including the corresponding ownership guide,” says the UCO, to add that it is a manual repeating weapon.
That same day, the UCO informed the judge that in another of the searches, at the home of the owner of the Murcia Judicial Deposit Rogelio Pujalte – who is not listed as a defendant in the case – in Raya (Murcia), they found ” various effects considered weapons prohibited by Royal Decree 137/1993, of January 29, which approves the Weapons Regulations”.
This job, to which Europa Press has also had access, details that it is specifically about an electrical defense (taser) and an extendable defense. In this sense, the UCO requests the magistrate to also add the crime of illegal possession of weapons to him.
It should be remembered that the defendants in the open procedure against the plot that paid commissions during the pandemic to obtain contracts with public administrations for the supply of masks are being investigated for the crimes of criminal organization, money laundering, bribery, against the Public Treasury and influence peddling.
