MADRID, 21 Mar. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Vodafone has launched this Tuesday Vodafone One Rest API (VORA), a unified communications solution that has an interface that allows custom applications to be designed for any company.
Thus, the new platform, designed entirely by Vodafone Spain engineers, is aimed at end customers, application integrators and developers and promises to accommodate “thousands of third-party applications”, according to a statement.
The company has framed the launch in its strategy of converting its network into an open platform and has stressed that it will mean a “radical” transformation in the management of development environments.
At the time of its launch, VORA includes telephony and presence APIs, but in the coming months it will incorporate management efficiency solutions such as the automation of reports or call recording, among others.
