MADRID, 25 Oct. (EUROPA PRESS) –

The Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, Irina Vereshchuk, has appealed to Ukrainian citizens not to return to the country during the winter due to possible Russian attacks.

“I ask you not to come back, we have to survive the winter. Unfortunately, the (energy supply) networks will not last, you see what Russia is doing,” Deputy Prime Minister Vereshchuk warned.

“If there is an opportunity, stay for the moment to spend the winter (abroad),” said the Ukrainian representative during a press conference collected by the Ukrinform news agency.

Thus, the Ukrainian representative has accused the Russian Armed Forces of having to resort to frightening the civilian population after failing in their attempts to confront the Ukrainian Army, with whom, she says, they will lose on the battlefield.
