Eleven people have been injured, five of them by stab weapons, and one is potentially seriously injured, after a brawl that took place near the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, as Madrid Emergency sources have informed Europa Press.
The brawl occurred at approximately 9:45 p.m. this Tuesday between a group of fairground vendors, as confirmed by sources from the National Police, specifically between Padre Damián and Rafael Salgado streets. In addition, at least 25 people have been detained and new arrests cannot be ruled out since the investigation is still ongoing, as indicated by the same sources.
The most seriously injured is a 34-year-old man who has a cut in his abdomen and who has been transferred to the La Paz Hospital with a potentially serious prognosis.
Samur-Civil Protection paramedics have traveled to the scene, as well as the Municipal Police and the National Police, which is in charge of investigating the events.
