Deutsche Bank has announced the appointment of Juan Manuel Salcedo as the new head of Premium Bank in Spain, an area that provides service to individual and business clients through its banking offices and remote banking.

Salcedo replaces José María de Osuna, who after more than thirty years dedicated to the banking sector, will embark on a new stage. “We want to thank José María for his commitment and professionalism in the different stages of his career at Deutsche Bank, leading a professional team that has been repeatedly recognized for its quality,” said the head of Private Bank Spain, Susana Valero. .

Salcedo, who will be a member of the management committee of Private Bank Spain, has developed his career within Deutsche Bank, where he joined as a personal manager in Calahonda (Granada) in 2000.

After working in different positions and offices in Andalusia, he assumed the responsibility of regional director of Andalusia in 2008, later the regional Center-South-Madrid in 2018, and four years later the responsibility of the Community of Madrid. He has a degree in business administration and management from the University of Granada and has an EMBA from Cunef.

The entity explains, in a statement, that Premium Bank is the area specialized in providing service to individual clients and small companies and businesses.

At the end of 2023, the bank had 125 offices throughout Spain, of which 15 correspond to the ‘flagship’ model. The Premium Bank area has around 900 employees who provide service to around 500,000 clients.
