MADRID, 20 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Tiko, a Spanish ‘proptech’ that manages the purchase and sale of houses, has acquired the real estate services company Housell, thus making it the largest digital real estate agency in Spain and Portugal, both in number of regions in which it operates and in homes in portfolio within the national territory.
This operation reinforces the new business strategy presented by the Spanish ‘proptech’ last January, in which it has positioned real estate intermediation as the fundamental pillar of operations in 2024, as reported in a statement, detailing that AVIV Group (owner of Housell) will have a minority stake in the company.
Its objective is to multiply the volume of its real estate brokerage transactions by 10 and attract more than 700 agents in the next 12 months, something that will now be able to accelerate after this transaction, being able to provide service in all regions of Spain.
To facilitate the work of agents in their daily lives through multiple services from the same place, Tiko has created Impulsa, a tool that has functions such as the integration of a CRM, capture of leads from owners, promotion and positioning of the housing, legal advice, marketing services and customer service.
