MADRID, 8 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –
Logista obtained a net profit of 160 million euros in its first fiscal semester, a figure 27% higher than that registered in the same period of the previous year, the company reported this Wednesday.
The logistics operator’s adjusted operating profit grew by 5%, reaching 193 million euros.
The company achieved economic sales of 867 million euros, 4% more compared to the previous year, while income also registered an increase of 4% compared to the same period in 2023, reaching 6,206 million euros.
During the semester, Logista has updated the conditions of the reciprocal credit line with Imperial Brands to partially cover the risk of variability in interest rates over the next three years.
The agreement contemplates the structuring of the credit line with Imperial Brands in two tranches: one at a fixed rate and another at a variable rate.
The first tranche of up to 1,000 million euros will be remunerated at a fixed market rate of 2.865% plus the marginal rate of 0.75%, adding up to a total of 3.615%. The second tranche, until reaching a maximum of 3,000 million euros, will be maintained at the variable rate of 6-month Euribor, plus the differential of 0.75%.
