MADRID, 15 Feb. (EUROPA PRESS) –
The 42-year-old Pakistani citizen provisionally locked up in the Estremera prison for killing three older brothers in Morata de Tajuña a few weeks ago has supposedly killed his cellmate this morning, police and prison sources have informed Europa Press.
The events occurred around 2:30 a.m. this Thursday, in that cell of Preventive Module 12 that Dilawar Hussain F.C. shared. with Ángel A.V, born in July 1983 in Bulgaria, imprisoned for blood crimes. Apparently, he was not a shadow prisoner, since he had not applied article 75.2 of the Penitentiary Regime.
According to the same sources, the Pakistani used some type of undetected self-made device or dumbbell – since those in the gym are prohibited inside the cells – to kill his partner in the head at dawn.
Then he called through the intercom and confessed what had happened. The module officials had not observed any problems or incidents that night, when the doors were closed normally after dinner. After this new crime, he was transferred to an isolation cell.
Agents from the Judicial Police of the Civil Guard have gone to the scene to collect evidence and clues in the cell and find out if both inmates had previous quarrels, although it is known that Dilawar had already participated in some minor fight in that prison. They will also talk to inmates in nearby dams and find out how the murder weapon got to the scene.
THE INVESTIGATION
The Homicide Group of the Tres Cantos Command has taken charge of the investigation. The judge on duty has also arrived to officiate the removal of the body, which will undergo an autopsy at the Institute of Legal Medicine.
The suspect, 42 years old, had been in the Estremera prison since January 24 in a module where some of the most troublesome preventive prisoners are held. In the first days he was alone but then he was assigned a partner, with whom in principle he had no problems living together.
The confessed murderer of the three brothers was once again behind bars after the First Instance and Instruction Judge number 5 of Arganda del Rey issued the arrest warrant, after surrendering two days earlier before the Civil Guard barracks of that town confessing to the murder. of the three brothers because they did not return money they owed him.
The magistrate made this decision to provisionally confine him due to the risk of escape and the possible alteration and/or destruction of evidence. During the hearing, the detainee acknowledged responsibility for the events, legal sources informed Europa Press at the time.
The judge sent him to the same prison where he served a short sentence a few months ago for attacking one of the murdered sisters with a hammer and kicking him. There were no incidents during that stay.
