Timoshenko has detailed that in the Volhynia region, in the northwest of the country, in parallel to the construction of this reinforced concrete wall crowned by concertinas, a ditch has been dug and an embankment has been placed with the help of the civilian population. “About 3 kilometers have already been fixed,” he celebrated.
