MADRID, 19 May. (EUROPA PRESS) –
A cross ball crossed the Iberian Peninsula on the night from Saturday to Sunday, being sighted both in Andalusia, Castilla-La Mancha, the Community of Madrid, Extremadura and Galicia, as well as in areas of northern Portugal and the capital, Lisbon.
A spokesperson for Emergencies 112 Community of Madrid has indicated to Europa Press that there have been several calls asking about an object that had crossed the sky causing a large green flash, although he has not been able to confirm that it is a racing car.
Portugal’s Civil Protection, as reported by the Portuguese newspaper ‘Público’, has indicated that the object that has been sighted may have fallen as a meteorite in the Castro Daire area, in the central region of the country.
